When you use ATSPass, we collect: your email address (for account creation and report/resume delivery), your resume content (to generate your ATS report), the job description you paste (to run the analysis), and payment transaction data processed by Razorpay (we never see your card or UPI details directly).
Your resume and job description are used solely to generate your ATS report. We do not sell your resume to recruiters, share it with third parties, or use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Your resume data is stored securely in our database (Supabase/PostgreSQL). We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorised ATSPass engineers only.
Your scan history and report data are retained in your account for as long as you maintain an active account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@atspass.in.
ATSPass uses Razorpay for payment processing, Anthropic Claude API for AI analysis, and Resend for email delivery.
