We built ATSPass because most resumes get filtered out before a human recruiter ever sees them — not because the candidates are unqualified, but because their resume fails an ATS filter.

The AI never computes your final score itself. It returns raw evidence per dimension; our own backend code applies the weighting and any caps, so the same resume and JD produce a consistent, auditable result — not a number the model guessed at.

Most ATS tools are built for the US market and do not understand the nuances of Indian job portals or how Naukri's FastForward algorithm works. ATSPass is built specifically for Indian job seekers applying through Naukri, LinkedIn India, and company portals using Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Taleo, and Keka.

The site and app are built on Next.js — server-rendered pages for fast loads and good SEO, deployed as a single production app.
The scoring, keyword analysis, bullet rewrites, and cover letter generation all run on Anthropic's Claude models — not a generic keyword-matching script.
The AI returns evidence and subscores; our own backend code applies the weighting and caps. The arithmetic is exact code, not something the model is asked to compute itself.
Account data, scan history, and reports are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database with encryption in transit and at rest.
Resumes and reports are generated as real .docx files — not PDFs pretending to be editable — with a live in-browser preview before you download.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details directly.
Our AI rewrite rules draw one hard line: it can rephrase and surface your real experience to match the JD's language, but it will never invent an employer, job title, certification, degree, or metric you don't have evidence for. If a missing keyword genuinely doesn't map to anything in your history, it goes into your skills list as a bare term — not woven into a fabricated achievement.
Your resume and the job description are used to generate your report — full stop. We don't sell resumes to recruiters, share them with third parties, or use them to train AI models without consent. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can request deletion any time at privacy@atspass.in. See our full privacy policy for the details.
